We’re glad you’re here –
Our website has been completely redesigned to help you discover – and enjoy – all of the WPR and NPR news, information, music and entertainment that you depend on. Some things have changed, so we’ve put this quick guide together to help you get the most out of the site. If you want to skip to the survey, click here.

Finding your way around –
As you can see, we’ve made changes to the menu, layout, and audio player. We hope you’ll spend some time exploring the site, starting with the mix of articles and stories on the home page. If you’re looking for specific types of content, our simplified navigation at the top of the page will help you find it. On phones, the menu appears as three horizontal lines in the upper left-hand corner of your screen. You can always get back to the home screen by clicking on the WPR logo at the top of the site no matter where you are.

How to listen –
You can also listen live to WPR’s three networks with our updated audio player. The player is in the dark gray bar at the bottom of your screen. You can select the network you want to hear – NPR News & Music, The Ideas Network, or All Classical Network.

If you’re on your phone: click on the small white circle with an arrow in it. The audio player should expand so you can choose the network you want to hear. You’ll also find links to the network program schedules, playlists and program notes there.

If you’re on a computer: click on the red oval that says “Live Streams” in it. The audio player should expand so you can choose the network you want to hear. You’ll also find links to the network program schedules, playlists and program notes there.

If you want to download a program to listen to later, you can do that from the show page. Just navigate to the program you want to hear. If a download is available (not all programs are available for downloading,) you’ll see a circle with an arrow pointing down next to the “Listen” button. Click on that arrow to download the program to your phone or computer.

Where to find more info about WPR –
If you’re looking to learn more about WPR, including job opportunities, ways to listen or how to support our work, you’ll find links to those topics and more in the menu on your phone or at the very bottom of the screen on your computer, in a field of black below our logo.

Share your feedback –
If you’re having trouble finding what you’re looking for, or if the site isn’t working the way you think it should be, let us know. We’ve set up a short survey where you can share your thoughts about the new site. (Everyone who completes the survey and provides contact information will be entered into a drawing for a WPR prize pack!) We’re continuing to enhance the site, so your feedback can really help us now and in the future.

Finally, you can email our audience services line at listener@wpr.org or call toll-free during business hours at 800-747-7444 if you have questions.

Thank you!
Thanks for visiting wpr.org. We hope you’ll make us part of your daily digital habit. If you like what you find, please share it with your friends and family.
