Lawsuit Against Virtual Schools Argues Parents Should Have License

Some parents who have kids in cyber schools want their say in a legal fight threatening the existence of such schools. A group calling itself Wisconsin Coalition of Virtual School Families has asked to file a friend-of-the-court brief over a cyber school.
