Milwaukee’s police chief says it still appears to him that an officer who was charged with reckless homicide for shooting an unarmed black man was justified and there must be more evidence that prosecutors haven’t released.

Unemployment in Wisconsin is at its lowest since February 2001. As Danielle Kaeding reports, the unemployment rate for November remains unchanged from October at 4.1 percent.

Governor Scott Walker spoke at a Wisconsin economic summit Thursday. Laurel White reports on what he had to say about the state’s economic outlook – and his potential run for re-election in 2018.
