With automatic spending cuts set to take effect at the start of 2013, around 100 airports could lose air traffic control service, and as a result, be in jeopardy of closing. And among the majority of these fatalities, at least one driver involved in the crash had a BAC of .15 or higher...almost twice the legal limit in Wisconsin.
