A healthcare bill is slated to be up for a vote in the House by the end of the month. We speak with doctor, educator, and international healthcare advocate, Cynthia Haq, about her work to increase access to healthcare both here in the United States and abroad and the lessons she's learned about public healthcare in China, Mexico, Uganda, and Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
