This hour on Here on Earth: Radio Without Borders, Jean Feraca and her guest talk about the World Eskimo Alaska Olympics featuring native games and survival skills such as the ear pull and greased pole walk.
- Philip Blanchett, 14 year veteran athlete of the Olympics
- Sam Strange, Judge at the 2007 Olympics.
- Pete 7/23/07: "Boozhoo Jean, Chi Miigwech (great thanks) for selecting the Inuit/Indian games for your eclectic program. Native people of North America have much to offer contemporary urban society. However our voices are seldom heard and what little "native news" is covered by print and airwave media is usually derogatory. So it is a pleasure to finally hear some positive coverage of Native American traditional activities. Apane minoseyan omaa aking = 'always go along well here on earth' Mii iw (thats it)."
