  • Leah Caplan , is the Chef-proprietor a the Washington Hotel, Resautrnt & Culinary School on Washington Island, WI . Her palet helped create the Death's Door Vodka made from Washington Island Wheat.
  • Prof. Kris Berglund , is a professor at the Department of Chemical Engineering & Materials Science at Michigan State University. He’s involved with the development of integrated fermentation processes for value-added use, distilled beverage technology, separation processes.
