  June 12 is Anne Frank’s birthday. This hour on Here on Earth: Radio Without Borders, Emily Auerbach and her guests talk about a newly discovered diary by a 14 year old girl Polish Jew who was killed in Auschwitz. The diary has just recently come to light, being kept in private for more than sixty years by Rutka’s older Polish gentile friend, Stanisława Sapińska.
