In light of recent reports of prisoner abuse at the hands of U.S. military personnel, World War Two POW exhibit is traveling throughout Wisconsin in hopes of illustrating the political, as well as human, ramifications of prisoner abuse. This hour on Here on Earth, join Jean Feraca and her guest for a discussion of the effects of prisoner treatment on U.S. democratization efforts.
