Group representing small businesses hopes U.S. Supreme Court will take on Federal Health Care plan

The US Supreme Court is expected to decide on Thursday whether or not to hear arguments against aspects of the Federal Health Care plan. A group representing Wisconsin’s small business owners wants the high court to take it up, and ultimately rule that the law is unconstitutional.Patty Murray reports.
