Grant May Aid Health Workers in Gaining Information

Studying a population of people for disease and death patterns can tell health workers a lot.However, there are restrictions on who gets to see that information and what they get to see.Now there’s an effort to ease these access roadblocks while maintaining privacy.Wisconsin health agencies and the UW-Madison will try to do this using a 1.6 million dollar grant from the National Science Foundation.Shamane Mills reports…
