Republicans leaders say they’re angry and insulted by the way Governor Jim Doyle has made some appointment decisions. Doyle yanked nearly 130 republican appointees to boards and commissions that hadn’t been confirmed by the formerly democrat-controlled state senate. Frederica Freyberg has more on this story.
