Food Friday: Peace, Love & Potato Salad
In 2014, Zack Brown became somewhat of a celebrity after raising $55,000 on Kickstarter to make…potato salad. Two years and many thousands of dollars to charity later, he’s back with a new batch of potato salad recipes for every season. On this edition of Food Friday, Brown, along with co-author Teresa Blackburn, dishes up some recipes from “The Peace, Love & Potato Salad Cookbook.”
