Five Years Into Wisconsin's Indoor Smoking Ban, What's Changed?
Five years ago Sunday, Wisconsin’s indoor smoking ban went into effect. It bans smoking in all enclosed workplaces in the state, including all bars, restaurants, lodging establishments, and private clubs.
It’s hard to imagine that only five years ago restaurants had smoking and non-smoking sections and that the expectation was that any bar in state would be smoke-filled.
