A bill that lets health care workers opt out of certain procedures based on their religious or moral beliefs has been amended.But critics say the changes won’t get them to support the bill.They say it still would allow end-of-life decisions to be ignored in certain cases, and might give pharmacists legal footing to refuse birth control.Shamane Mills reports…
