Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has postponed her campaign trip to Green Bay this week following Sunday’s mass shooting in Florida that left at least 50 people dead.

Clinton and President Barack Obama were scheduled to make their first joint campaign stop in Green Bay on Wednesday, but Clinton’s campaign announced Sunday that the event will be rescheduled in light of the massacre at a gay dance club in Orlando, Florida, the deadliest mass shooting the U.S. has ever seen.

“I was a cop for 32 years and I’ve seen a lot of tragedies but this is the worst mass shooting in American history as I understand it,” said Rich Langan, vice chair of the Brown County Democratic Party. “I’m breaking up as we’re speaking here because it hurts my soul that America has come down to this.”
