Celebrations for Wildlife Refuges

National wildlife refuges in Wisconsin are starting to mark the 100th anniversary of the National Refuge System.Many of the sites will hold celebrations.But there are threats to the refuges from plants, pollution and politicians.Chuck Quirmbach reports.
