Celebration, mourning as Wisconsin soldiers return

There were tears of joy and cheers of praise in Oak Creek yesterday as the families and friends ofmembers of the Wisconsin Army National Guards 121st artillery unit got a hero’s welcome.The unit suffered one casualty during its yearlong mission in Iraq, and the name of Corporal Stephen Castner came up often during yesterday’s ceremony.
