I was wandering through the bookstacks at the bookstore and as I turned the corner I noticed her slender alabaster hands. My eyes furtively climbed up her long arms to witness her calm mouth. Next I caught a

glimpse of her alluring green eyes. I then was seized by her cascading brunette hair. If that wasn't enough (and it was) she then moved with the grace of a dancer. I was entranced and immediately in love.

Awestruck and unable to approach this quintessential beauty, I ran out to a florist, bought roses and delivered to her through a co-worker at the bookstore. The attached note said, " I never believed in love at first sight, until I saw you."

We eventually were able to meet up. After two years of dating, I am now delighted to say that we are now engaged to be married.

Not only love at first sight, but love that lasts.
