Veronica Rueckert

Veronica Rueckert is a producer and contributor on To the Best of Our Knowledge. She studied opera in college and found her way to Wisconsin Public Radio shortly after graduation as a weekend announcer. From there, she began hosting classical music and producing current event talk-shows on the Ideas Network. Today, she’s a regular fill-in host on the Ideas Network, and her commentaries have aired on NPR”s DAY TO DAY as well as To the Best of Our Knowledge.

With her colleague and friend, Doug Gordon, Veronica produced the pop-culture-based pilot CRASHING THE ETHER. In her free time, she’s an arts reviewer for the WISCONSIN STATE JOURNAL, a creative conspirator with her husband, filmmaker Benson Gardner, and in the evening, she’s a singer with a band.
