Bill would allow ex-felons to vote in presidential elections

A Democratic Senator from Maryland has introduced a bill in Congress that would allow ex-felons in every state to vote in federal elections. If it becomes law ex-felons in Wisconsin still on parole could vote for President but not for the Governor.Gilman Halsted reports.
