Sarah Feldner was a Spanish major in college, but that didn't stop her from taking off for Japan where she did something really gutsy, traveling around the country, visiting out-of-the way villages and coastal towns gathering recipes from home cooks. All she had to do was say, "I'm here to learn about your food."
Sarah Marx Feldner will be signing copies of her cookbook, A Cook's Journey to Japan, from 1:00pm to 3:00pm on Saturday, May 1, at Orange Tree Imports on Monroe Street in Madison.
