Four of those arrested had previously been deported and re-entered the United States.

The arrests took place in eastern Wisconsin. Three people were arrested in Sheboygan and two men were arrested in Milwaukee. There was one arrest in each of the cities of Appleton, Hubertus, Jefferson, Kewaunee, Racine and Sussex.
